We are fully conversant with current Health & Safety legislation and Fire Risk Requirements and can advise on the need for inspections and their frequency. We ensure that all contractors used hold current Liability Insurance and have a Safe Method Working Statement.
Each of our Flat Management Companies has their own bank account. Our charges are on a fixed fee basis not a percentage with these fees subject to an increase annually in line with inflation.
